Counselling sessions are offered to individual adults 19 years and older; you must be a resident of British Columbia.

If you are booking a Complementary 15 min Consultation, I look forward to chatting with you about working together - bring you questions and ideas!

Cancellation/Rescheduling Billing Policy - 24 hour notice is requested when making changes to appointment times or cancelling your appointment. My session fees increased effective October 15, 2024 in consideration of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors recommended fee guidelines.

My new fees are as follows:

Individual counselling 60 min session $150.00 + GST = $157.50 Extended counselling 90 min session $225.00 + GST = $236.25

Scarlet Tate has been a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia since 2006. She specializes in supporting adults who are redefining the impacts of stress & trauma by understanding the underlying factors their symptoms, building stability, creating practical coping strategies, increasing self compassion, becoming orientated to the present while caring for all aspects of the self. She has training in Attachment Focused EMDR (2007), Body-Oriented Modalities, Trauma Treatment approaches and CBT. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Traumatic Stress Studies Certificate from the Trauma Research Foundation.
