Appointment booking is open through September, 2025, if you do not see a time that works for you, please contact me as all of my appointments may not show in the calendar! Please note that my availability in the summer of 2025 will be significantly reduced - from mid June to September. I do have some appt available in late July and August. Check here for counsellor referral information & crisis supports, please ask for support if needed during our next appointment time!!

Counselling sessions are offered to individual adults 19 years and older; you must be a resident of British Columbia.

If you are booking a Complementary 15 min Consultation, I look forward to chatting with you about working together - bring your questions and ideas of how I may support you!

Cancellation/Rescheduling Billing Policy - 24 hour notice is requested when making changes to appointment times or cancelling your appointment. If you would like information about consent, payment, counselling and policies please see Tate Counselling Policies.

My fees are:

Individual counselling 60 min session $150.00 Extended counselling 90 min session $225.00

Scarlet Tate has been a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia since 2006 after completing a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She specializes in supporting adults who are integrating the impacts of stress & trauma. The foundation of this process rests on expanding self awareness with compassion, developing an understanding of the cumulative impacts of stress, creating practical strategies & resources, building mindful orientation to the present while caring for all aspects of the self. She has training in Attachment Focused EMDR (2007), Somatic Oriented Modalities, Trauma Treatment approaches, and a Traumatic Stress Studies Certificate from the Trauma Research Foundation.
